Nadine Abensur was born in Morocco of French-Jewish parents, and raised in Casablanca. Her recipes draw on this rich cultural and culinary heritage, and on her travels. She began her career working in restaurants around the world before setting up her own vegetarian catering company, Culinary Arts, whose clients included Paul McCartney, Annie Lennox, Hugh Grant and Prince Charles. She was Food Director of Cranks for five years, during which time she wrote four cookbooks, including the celebrated The Cranks Bible. Her latest book Enjoy was published by Penguin. She is available for cooking demonstrations.
