Queensland Literary Awards Shortlist Announced

Congratulations to Juliet Rieden, Rhett Davis and Claire Thomas who have been shortlisted for the 2026 Queensland Literary Awards. Juliet has been nominated for the Work of State Significance category for Quentin Bryce: The Authorised Biography (Penguin Australia). In the Fiction Book Award category, Rhett Davis has been nominated for his daringly beautiful novel Arborescence (Hachette) and Claire Thomas has been nominated for her thoughtful and compendious novel On Not Climbing Mountains (Hachette).
