Jen Storer

Jen Storer has written many acclaimed books for children, including the best-selling ‘Truly Tan’ series (illustrated by Claire Robertson, published by HarperCollins Publishers). Truly Tan (book one) has been optioned for a live action film and is currently in development. Her ‘Danny Best’ series (illustrated by Mitch Vane, published by HarperCollins Publishers) includes Danny Best: Full On!,  Danny Best: Never Wrong!, Danny Best: Me First!, and Danny Best: Watch This!

Jen is also the founding director and ‘Chief Inspirationalist’ at girl & duck.com where she teaches the art (and business) of writing books for children. Girl & Duck is a flourishing online community of children’s literature creators (authors, illustrators, publishers, editors, designers and enthusiasts) with members from all over the world including, Australia, Asia, the USA, Canada, the UK and Europe. Jen’s extraordinary membership club, the Duck Pond, is adored by its members. The Duck Pond has has supported hundreds of creators and produced countless successes.

After decades of city living, Jen and her partner now live in a beautiful country town in Central Victoria, Australia.
