Troy Wheeler

Growing up in a small country town, Troy Wheeler moved to Melbourne and climbed the ranks to become one of the city’s best butchers. In 2015, he launched Meatsmith with Andrew Mcconnell, creating one of Australia’s best bespoke butcher and grocery stores focusing on heritage meats, sauces and charcuterie.
