Felicity McLean
Felicity McLean is Sydney-based writer. Her debut novel The Van Apfel Girls are Gone was translated into several languages and published in more than half a dozen countries. It was a Barnes & Noble Discover Great New Writers pick in the US, shortlisted for The Indie Book Awards, and longlisted for the UK’s Dagger Awards, and the Davitt.
Her second novel Red was published in 2022 and later translated. Her non-fiction book Body Lengths, co-written with Olympian Liesel Jones, was Apple Books Best Biography of the Year and won the ABIA Awards People’s Choice for small publisher Adult Book of the Year.
Felicity has appeared at Bryant Park Reading Room in New York, Book Soup on Sunset Strip in West Hollywood, Sydney Writers’ Festival, Adelaide Writers’ Week and more.
