Crime and thriller authors, especially fast paced and hooky psychological thrillers that keep you up reading late into the night, are a firm favourite. Historical fiction, on the more literary side, that shines a spotlight on women who have not had their stories told, or are thought of as outcasts, also feature on Pippa’s list. In non-fiction, she loves memoir that can sit in the hybrid space – books that teach and inspire us or help to change your life – or platform-driven self-development with a clear and accessible message. Pippa also represents children’s books, with a special focus on author/illustrator picture book creators, and classic and returnable middle-grade.
